Deserae Frisk

Co-director

Deserae is an integrative leader and systems thinker focused on strategic consultation and future-proofing organisations. As a strategist and "fixer," she builds the rhythms that align strategy, governance, and operations for clarity and pace. Her expertise spans enterprise portfolio initiation, governance setup, and resilient PMO delivery across government, financial services, and not-for-profit sectors. Deserae partners with executives and leaders to turn plans into practice with a keen attention to the people.

Senior consultant

Kerryn is an empathetic leader with an MBA in Psychology/HR, dedicated to building thriving, equitable cultures. As a strategic fixer across government and not-for-profit sectors, she optimises operations by managing psychosocial risk and driving effective change. Her commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and personal experience navigating the disability sector provide unique insights, making her a powerful advocate for inclusive outcomes.
