Ben is an operations leader with over 20 years of experience across mining, technology, and not-for-profit sectors. He specialises in building strategic frameworks that drive operational efficiency and sustainable profitability whilst positioning organisations for long-term resilience.
Known for his people-centred approach, Ben creates engagement structures that align teams with organisational objectives and foster high performance. He has a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects whilst maintaining rigorous standards in compliance and safety. Kerryn is a strategic partner with an MBA in Psychology and Human Resources, specialising in building organisational cultures where people and performance thrive together. She works across government and not-for-profit sectors to create equitable workplaces that manage psychosocial risk effectively whilst driving sustainable change.
Her expertise lies in optimising operations through a people-centred lens—addressing the human factors that determine whether strategic initiatives succeed or fail.
